At Solvinas, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. If you have any shipping or product issues, please email us at cs@solvinas.com and our team will assist you promptly.
Important: Always provide your full address. Incomplete addresses may cause delivery issues or delays.
RETURN POLICY
Not Happy with Your Order?
You can return your product within 90 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

The item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Contact customer service before returning to ensure you send it to the correct address.

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., wrong color, size, or change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to Solvinas’ error (defective, damaged, missing, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No restocking fees are charged.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Photos should clearly show the defective or damaged area, ideally on a flat surface with the tag visible.

We will provide a replacement or refund without requiring the defective item to be returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unshipped Orders:

Orders can be cancelled before shipping or production.

Full refund will be issued.
Shipped Orders:

Once an order is in transit, we cannot recall it.

You may refuse delivery, and we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs.
WARRANTY
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

Accidental damage

Insufficient care

Normal wear and tear

Fading or material damage from sun exposure

After-market modifications

Water damage
Products exposed to water are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
REFUND POLICY
You are eligible for a refund if:

The product is defective, damaged, or non-functional.

You did not receive the product within 90 business days (South America only).
Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Credit/debit card refunds are processed by your bank within 7–10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation.

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank or PayPal account and contact your bank/credit card company, as processing may take 3–5 business days.
